#FiestaMoments – ShopCrawl Recap! Shopping with 500 Friends in Toronto

People sometimes say I seem to live a bit of a charmed life and when I find myself writing posts like this, I know that’s difficult to argue. I have been enjoying working closely with the great team ChickAdvisor and Ford these past few months and part of that included attending ShopCrawl, a ChickAdvisor and Fashion Magazine event presented by everyone’s fav city car, the Ford Fiesta (see my recent review of the Fiesta here).

So what’s a ShopCrawl? Well, in this instance, it was about 500 fashionable Toronto women knowing a good deal when they find one (and giving back to charity while they shop!). This year’s ShopCrawl included several top participating retailers located on Toronto’s fashionable Bloor St. who offered those part of the ShopCrawl a very special discount. Retailers this year included Guess, H&M, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, GAP and more. Savvy fashionistas purchased tickets at a very affordable $15 a pop in order to access the great deals and a portion of all ticket sales went to Dress for Success.

I love the Fiesta in RED! It’s so sweet!

Me and Crystal Gibson, one of my faves. I crawled the shops with her!

Because shopping can get tiring, Ford offered some survival kits throughout the night. They were perfect, filled with Hershey’s Chocolate, water and other yummy goodies.

I must confess I didn’t purchase much but the only reason was because I was with all the other Ford Fiesta gals (who are so lovely and fun!), but I am a very purposeful shopper by nature. I have a purpose when I go into a shop and I tend to a lot a certain amount of time for each spot I go. I also know exactly what I need/want beforehand. I run my personal life like a business.  That said, I did get myself a sock-bun maker from H&M. I have been wanting one of those for a while. See? Purposeful shopper.

I was so excited by how many people came! I love women who love a good deal. There were ladies and gals of all ages loving this concept, coming out with their girlfriends and just having a great ladies night out.

The after-party at the Bata Show Museum was PACKED with pretty women drinking pink cocktails.

Let’s just say, I took some Maynards candy. MY FAV!

The gift bag was ridiculous. I have seen many gift bags in my day. In fact, I rarely get excited about them anymore. But this gift bag was AMAZING! Valued at over $300, there was product from Revlon, Benefit, Body Shop, Clean and Clear,  Avon and more chocolate!

All in all, pretty awesome event! Another great #FiestaMoment!
