Getting hitched in 2013? This weekend, Toronto’s original boutique-style wedding event, The Wedding Co. will be unveiling the hottest wedding trends for this new year, bringing together over 100 of the city’s top wedding-industry professionals.

The Wedding Co. handpicks each exhibitor, offering couples a the chance to to source trend-setting suppliers and see what’s cool in weddings this year.

I’m particularly interested in this doughnut cake. I always thought I would have a cupcake tier cake-like contraption at my own wedding, but doughnuts, you say….?

Show attendees will have the chance to enter to win a romantic getaway weekend to Langdon Hall Country Inn and Spa (value est. $2,000) and also an engagement photo session with talented Artage Pictures (value est. $500).

DATE: Friday, January 11 = 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, January 12 = 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 13 =10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

VENUE: The Carlu (444 Yonge Street, at College; 7^th Floor)
